HubSpot Integration Services
HUBSPOT INTEGRATIONS BUILT AROUND YOUR DATA
Two systems hold the same customer and neither agrees. Either someone reconciles them by hand every week, or a connector was switched on and nobody checked what it does to your records. We design how the data should move before connecting anything, so the reporting built on top of it can be trusted.
We are a certified Platinum HubSpot partner
WHAT IS A HUBSPOT INTEGRATION?
A HubSpot integration connects HubSpot to another system in your business so the same information exists in both without anyone retyping it. There are three ways to do it. A native connector from the marketplace, built and maintained by HubSpot or the other vendor. HubSpot's own data sync, which maps records between systems and needs no code. A custom build against the other system's API, for anything the first two cannot reach.
- Deciding which of the three routes your requirement actually needs
- Agreeing which system owns each field, and which direction data flows
- Mapping records to your HubSpot objects and properties
- Testing what happens to existing records before anything goes live
Most integrations are scoped as a connection. Switch it on, watch records appear, move on. The decisions that matter come earlier: which system is the source of truth, what happens when both change the same record, and what your reporting needs the data to look like once it lands.
Get those wrong and the integration works exactly as configured while your numbers stop agreeing.

SIGNS YOU NEED A HUBSPOT INTEGRATION PARTNER
One person is a central point of failure
Every week someone exports from one system and imports into the other, or retypes it. It works, until they are on holiday or they leave. The cost is not the hour it takes. It is that nobody knows which version is current in between.
The connector is on and the data is wrong
Something was switched on and left running. Now there are duplicate companies, fields overwritten by the other system, and contacts nobody can account for. The integration is doing exactly what it was configured to do, which is the problem.
Reporting stops at the edge of HubSpot
Pipeline lives in HubSpot and revenue lives in the finance system, so nobody can see the two together without a spreadsheet. Every question about what a customer is actually worth becomes a manual exercise, so it gets asked less often than it should.
HUBSPOT INTEGRATION PROBLEMS WE SOLVE
Nothing connects to HubSpot
HubSpot and another system hold the same customer, and a person keeps them in step. We work out what the data needs to do, pick the route that fits, and build it so the manual step disappears rather than moves.
Integration data is corrupted
Something is running and your records show it. We audit what the integration is actually doing to your contacts, companies and deals, fix the mapping and ownership rules, and clean up what it has already broken.
Integration data can't be reported on
The data arrives and nobody can report on it, because it landed in properties your HubSpot model was never designed to hold. That is a data model problem wearing an integration costume, and it is fixed upstream of the connector.
HOW WE WORK
Diagnose
We start with what the data is for. Which system owns which record, what your teams do manually today, and what you need to report on once the two are connected. You get a scoped plan naming the route and the sequence, so cost and timeline are known before anything is built.
Design
Field mapping, record ownership, sync direction and conflict rules, designed against your HubSpot object model rather than the connector's defaults. This is the step a switch-it-on integration skips, and the one that decides whether your reporting works afterwards.
Build
We build the integration on the route the design calls for, test it against real records before it touches your portal, and reconcile what is already there. Your team is shown what changes in HubSpot and what to do when something looks wrong.
Grow
Integrations break quietly, usually when the other system changes. We monitor yours, review it quarterly, and extend it as your process changes, because an integration is worth what it is still doing accurately in year two.
WHY CHOOSE DIGITAL LITMUS FOR YOUR HUBSPOT INTEGRATIONS
Accredited, not self-appointed
HubSpot Platinum Partner, building on the platform for over ten years. Not a freelancer who read the API documentation, and not a marketing agency that added integrations to the list.
We design the model, not just the connection
Most integration work starts at the connector. We start at your HubSpot object model, because where the data lands decides what your reporting and automation can do with it. Connect first and you pay to unpick it later.
The right route, not our favourite one
Native connector, HubSpot data sync or a custom build. Each is right for different requirements and wrong for others. We tell you which one yours needs, including when the answer is the cheap one.
We fix what is already connected
Most of this work starts with an integration that is running and causing damage. We audit what it is doing to your records, keep what is right, and reconcile the rest rather than starting again.
Built for the reporting, not the demo
An integration that moves data but cannot be reported on has not finished. We design backwards from the questions you need answered, so the fields arrive in a shape your dashboards can use.
Clients who stay
We have retained clients continuously since 2014. Integrations break when the systems either side of them change, so our commercial model depends on yours still working in year three.
Our Ethos
STRATEGIC, SYSTEMATIC AND INTEGRATED
Most companies don't have a revenue system. They have disconnected tools, inconsistent processes, and misaligned teams.
Strategic
Without a governing strategy, an integration optimises for moving data rather than answering questions. You get two systems in sync and still no view of what a customer is worth. We start with the decisions the data has to support, so the mapping serves the commercial goal.
Systematic
Without systems, integrations rot. Manual fixes after each sync, a reconciliation only one person knows how to run. We build so that the correct data flow is the default, and so that a break is visible rather than discovered three months later in a report.
Integrated
When platform, process and people sit in silos, revenue leaks in the gaps between them. Connecting two systems while the process either side stays fragmented moves the gap rather than closes it. Integration is what makes growth compound instead of stall.

TALK TO US ABOUT YOUR HUBSPOT INTEGRATION
-
Tell us what needs connecting and we will tell you what it involves. That includes saying so when a native connector does the job and you do not need us to build anything.
On the call we will:
- Understand what the data is for, not just which systems it sits in
- Identify which of the three integration routes fits
- Show you where your HubSpot model needs to change first
- Agree whether there is a case for working together
REQUEST ASSESSMENT
HUBSPOT INTEGRATION FAQS
How much does a HubSpot integration cost?
It depends which of the three routes your requirement needs. A native connector may cost nothing beyond the configuration. HubSpot's data sync is included with some licences. A custom build against another system's API is a project, and we price in points so every item is sized before the work starts and you decide what is in and out of scope.
How long does a HubSpot integration take?
A native connector configured properly takes days. A custom build takes weeks, and most of that is design and testing rather than development. The variable is not the connection, it is how much has to be agreed about which system owns what before anyone builds anything.
Can HubSpot integrate with any system?
In practice, yes. HubSpot's marketplace has over a thousand prebuilt connectors, and anything with an API can be connected with a custom build. The real question is not whether it can be done, but whether the data that arrives is usable in the shape it arrives in.
Do we need a partner, or can we use the native connector?
Use the native connector if it covers what you need. It is maintained by the vendor and costs you nothing to run. A partner is worth it when the connector's default mapping does not match your HubSpot model, when data has to be transformed on the way in, or when the integration already exists and is causing damage.
Can you fix an integration someone else built?
Yes, and it is a common starting point. We audit what the integration is doing to your records, keep the mapping that is right, and reconcile the duplicates and overwrites it has already created. That is usually faster than rebuilding from scratch.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
For simple one-way tasks they are often the right answer, and we will say so. They start to hurt when you need two-way sync, historical records, or logic nobody has documented. At that point the flows become a system your business depends on that nobody owns.
What happens when the other system changes its API?
Something breaks, usually quietly. Native connectors are updated by the vendor. Custom builds need someone watching them, which is why we monitor and review the integrations we build rather than handing them over and leaving. An integration nobody owns is a reporting problem waiting to happen.
Can you integrate our systems and set up HubSpot at the same time?
Yes, and it is usually the better order. Integration decisions change the HubSpot data model, so doing them together avoids configuring twice. If you are moving onto HubSpot, start with our HubSpot migration service, which covers the data model, the record migration and the reconciliation.
